	How would you describe your personality or style as a coach? Not sure how I would describe my personality, but more than once have heard my athletes describe me as a "hard ass" and I'm pretty sure they aren't talking about my backside.

	What is your worst athletic experience and what did you learn from it? Getting time cut at Tour of the Gila. I learned never to take a pee break alone.

	What do you like to do when not training or coaching? To tell you the truth, there's not a lot of other time between work and training.
