CTS Senior Coach
“Coaching is a team sport, a symbiotic relationship. I’ve been most successful when the athlete and I work in tandem to create and reach goals. Effective and efficient performance comes through consistency and a balanced, strong body. I place a strong emphasis on helping athletes balance life’s demands in order to achieve their greatest athletic potential.”
Since childhood, I’ve been inspired to be outdoors and moving. I was lucky enough to grow up skiing and hiking the Tetons of Wyoming. College took me to Utah where I achieved a degree studying health education. I knew I wanted to develop professional skills to share the love of health and movement with others.
While in college, road and mountain bike racing took me to many parts of the U.S. and I gained invaluable experience into the world of professional athletics. While racing and finishing school I began coaching with CTS (2003) and it was the perfect opportunity to meld my love of endurance sports with education and coaching. Bike racing eventually turned into trail racing and I added alpine skiing and snowboard instruction and personal training into the mix. I never tire of pushing the limits of what I can achieve and love to help athletes achieve equally big things!
