Do Not Sell My Personal Information

CTS respects your privacy. Your trust is important to us and we are committed to providing you with meaningful choices with respect to the information we collect from or about you. Beginning January 1, 2020, the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (the “CCPA”) provides California residents with certain rights with respect to their personal information, including the right to opt out of certain disclosures of personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We use your information to deliver your service and customize your experience on trainright.com. But we also share information in ways that may be considered a "sale" of personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:

Request that a business that collects a consumer's personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.

Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.

Request that a business that sells a consumer's personal data, not sell the consumer's personal data.

To make a request according to your rights to know or to request deletion of your personal information, please submit a request by contacting us at athleteservices@trainright.com with the subject line "CCPA" and include the information below, and respond to any follow up inquiries we may make.

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Identify if you are the consumer or an authorized agent making the request on behalf of the consumer

We will take steps to verify your identity before complying with the request to protect your privacy and security using your email address. We will send you an email to the email address that you provide to us, and you must take action as described in the email. This will enable us to verify that the person who made the request controls and has access to the email address associated with the request.

Additionally, you may opt-out from the use of non-essential third-party cookies and any data sharing program with third parties that may be considered a sale under California or Nevada law by updating cookie settings here. Please note that your opt-out choice will only be effective for this browser. If you clear your cookies on this browser, you will need to opt out again.
