CTS Expert Coach – Specializes In Triathlon Coaching

“The principal idea of my coaching philosophy is to focus on an individual approach. Each athlete has his own needs, strengths, and weaknesses, which must be taken into account when planning the training process. I believe in efficiency, smart training, and balance. My goal as a coach is to help athletes get the most out of their training so they can reach new levels and achieve their goals.”
