About Me

I’m a graduate student with a trail running habit. After 10 years as a competitive cross-country skier, I have returned to my first love running professionally for Salomon. I have a B.S. in Health and Human Performance, and I’m a Masters candidate in Biomedical Physiology. In 2016, I won the USATF 50 Mile Trail Championships and represented the US at IAU Trail Running World Championships. It’s a passion of mine to combine two of my loves, science and sport, as a coach for CTS.

I want to help you reach your goals, from 5km to ultra marathon, and everything in-between. My coaching philosophy is relationship driven, focusing on you as a whole person so that you can tackle your goals and manage everything else that life throws at you. Each of my athletes receives an individualized plan that encompasses all aspect of training including nutrition, strength training, and mental performance.

I specialize in coaching for mountain, ultra, and trail running events, but I have experience in coaching cross country ski training and racing and road racing from 5km to marathon distances.
