Spring training camps have been a staple of pro cycling teams for decades, and we want you to get the same jumpstart to your season. This is more than just a series of group rides; it’s your chance to devote an entire week to being a faster, stronger, and more powerful cyclist. You’ll ride with CTS Coaches and experience one-on-one instruction on the road, have meals prepared specifically to enhance your performance and recovery, have your bike cared for by professional mechanics, and receive pro-level amenities like post-ride massage therapy. Every other week of the year, you have to balance your career and family life with your passion for cycling, but for this week you get to truly be a cyclist.
This isn’t a wine-and-cheese cycling tour. You’re going to have a power meter on your bike and we’re going to teach you how to use it to maximize your performance. We’re going to push you and challenge you so you achieve the training stimulus necessary to reap big performance gains. And because we’re pushing you, we’re also going to teach you about recovery, nutrition, and hydration – because you’re going to need that knowledge in order to thrive on the strenuous “stinger” ride on the final day of the camp.
