It's hard to beat the Santa Ynez Valley's challenging roads and warm spring weather for early season miles. CTS has been holding Spring Training Camps in this popular cycling destination for years, and many top pros continue to train on the same roads.
At our Spring Training Camp, you will be treated like a professional cyclist in every way: from daily massages to professional mechanical support, to individual power file analysis with our coaches. At this camp, we will focus on early-season endurance miles that will prepare you for the season ahead.

DAY 0
CHECK-IN DAY - Monday, March 14, 2022
Check In Time: 2:00-4:30pm
Where: Hotel Ynez
Arrival Description: Check in day! We’ll build bikes, you can meet the staff and other athletes and join us for an interactive team dinner.
DAY 1
THE CANYONS
Brief Ride Description: The Canyons! Ride all the most legendary roads in the Valley tied into one! We’ll explore Foxen Canyon, Drum Canyon and the quaint towns of Los Alamos and Los Olivos today.
DAY 2
MANNY'S RIDE (JALAMA BEACH)
Brief Ride Description: Manny’s Ride - To the historic Jalama Beach! WE’ll ride the bucolic farming Santa Rosa road then Jalama Beach Highway as we wind towards epic ocean views.
DAY 3
FIGUEROA MOUNTAIN
Brief Ride Description: Figueroa Mountain - A trophy on any cyclist's list! 9 miles and 7% make this climb one of the best and hardest in the country.
DAY 4
EASY ENDURANCE MILES
Brief Ride Description: A rolling, easier paced ride as we prep the legs for the big day tomorrow.
DAY 5
THE TEP DESTROYER
Brief Ride Description: The Tep Destroyer - A century like no other! Winding all the way down Foxen Canyon and up the seldom-used climb of Tepusquet. This climb is absolutely beautiful with grades that shift at a moment's notice. And after the long climb, there’s plenty of work to do to finish off this challenging route.

DEPARTURE
Camp Conclusion Description: Pack up, breakfast and farewells! See You next year!
