CTS Premier Coach Jason Koop working on “Ultra-marathon Man” Dean Karnazes’s latest challenge
CTS Premier Coach Jason Koop can run all day and run all night. He’s raced the Leadville, Western States, Wasatch, and Hardrock 100-mile ultramarathons and been an integral component of the support crews for racers competing in the 135-mile Badwater running race through Death Valley. Jason’s next challenge: coach Dean Karnazes through a 75-day test of endurance as the “Ultra-marathon Man” runs 40-50 miles a day to go from California to New York in “Regis and Kelly’s Run Across America with Dean Karnazes”. This isn’t the first time Dean and Jason have worked together: Jason was by Dean’s side during the runner’s Endurance 50 Challenge (50 marathons in 50 States in 50 days) and was part of Dean’s support crew for Badwater.
This 12-week adventure starts on February 25. Check out the details here: http://www.dadt.com/live/special/runacrossamerica/index.html
