High-Altitude Ultra Training: Master Big Miles & Technical Skills Before Peak Season

Test your ultrarunning readiness at high altitude in Colorado's premier trail running destination. This intensive Memorial Day camp is strategically timed before peak ultra season to assess your fitness, refine your skills, and build the confidence needed for your biggest goals.

Based in Colorado Springs beneath the towering presence of Pikes Peak, you'll tackle high-mileage training runs across diverse mountain terrain while adapting to altitude conditions that will elevate your performance at sea level.  CTS Coaches provide real-time instruction on technical skills, pacing strategies, and nutrition management during three fully supported training runs ranging from 8-25 miles with up to 6,000 feet of elevation gain.

This isn't just about accumulating miles; it's about intelligent preparation. Daily post-run analysis sessions and skill-focused presentations ensure you absorb key lessons while building lasting connections with fellow ultrarunners. The camp culminates with an epic long run through Cheyenne Canyon's most spectacular trails, giving you a true test of your readiness.

Leave Colorado Springs with validated fitness, sharpened skills, and the momentum to tackle your summer ultra goals with confidence.
