BUILD BIG-MILE FITNESS ON THE LEGENDARY ROADS OF THE SANTA YNEZ VALLEY

Pro teams have used the Santa Ynez Valley as a spring training base for decades. At Epic Endurance Camp, you will use the same demanding terrain for a concentrated endurance block built around high-quality Zone 2 volume, disciplined pacing, and professional support.

Across three full training days, the planned routes cover approximately 250 miles and 19,500 feet of climbing. CTS Coaches guide your pacing, fueling, group riding, climbing, and descending while professional mechanics and support vehicles handle the details. Daily power file analysis turns each ride into practical feedback you can apply to the rest of your season.

Come prepared for long days and challenging terrain. Leave with a major aerobic training stimulus, sharper execution, and greater confidence for summer road, gravel, or mountain-bike events.

DAY 3

MANNY'S RIDE TO JALAMA BEACH - FRIDAY, MAY 7, 2027

Mileage: 85 miles

Elevation Gain: 6,000 ft

Time Range: 5-6 hours

Manny's Ride is a long endurance journey to Jalama Beach on quiet country roads. The route delivers more climbing than the peaceful surroundings suggest, along with technical descents that reward focus and sound line choice. At the coast, sweeping Pacific views mark the turnaround before we head back toward Solvang. When conditions cooperate, a tailwind on Santa Rosa Road provides a fast, rewarding finish.

The Fig Loop is one of the Santa Ynez Valley's defining challenges. Figueroa Mountain climbs roughly 3,500 feet in nearly 10 miles, demanding steady pacing and commitment before a technical descent. From there, we will add approximately 35 miles through Foxen Canyon to Los Alamos and over Drum Canyon. The final 15-mile gradual descent back to Solvang closes the camp with a demanding, memorable ride.
