Build Your Fitness on Beautiful Country Roads, Then Test Your Legs at the Assault on the Carolinas Ride
We all need a long training block or time away from the grind and to pretend like it’s our job to ride our bike, and get a concentrated dose of training and coaching.
Our Spring Cycling Camp is just that. Spend 5 days on your bike focusing on early season endurance miles and refining your group riding skills alongside our team of coaches in one of the best kept secrets on the East Coast. Every mile will bring beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains as we roll along quiet country roads through fertile green valleys. At camp you will be treated like a professional cyclist in every way: professional mechanical support, individual power file analysis with our coaches, and catered meals created specifically with your training in mind.
As a bonus our last day of camp is the annual Assault on the Carolinas Cycling event. A great way to join 1000 other cyclists on a great route and push ourselves one last time.
