Tamara is a miracle worker!

Tamara has been really great to work with. She is very responsive and flexible with working through my past injuries and keeping me accountable. She was able to get me back up and running and I hit a PR for my run at the USA triathlon age group nationals. I’m looking forward to seeing more progress in the future.
