Patrick helped me ease back into running postpartum and train for a trail marathon. I’m beyond grateful for his approach, his flexibility with my family/work schedules, the thoughtfulness he puts into the training plans and weekly comms, and his extensive knowledge of training, recovery, and injury prevention. He listened to my body’s needs, especially being postpartum, and built a training plan that included specific strength exercises, along with a running plan to built mileage and incorporated speed work and hills.
