CTS Welcomes New Coaching Development Director and Sales and Marketing Coordinator
(Colorado Springs, CO – January 26, 2021) – CTS, a pioneer in the endurance coaching and camps industry, today welcomed Calla Balliett to the company as Sales and Marketing Coordinator, and announced the promotion of CTS Coach Chantelle Robitaille to a new role as CTS Coaching Development Director.
Chantelle Robitaille – CTS Coaching Development Director
The CTS Coaching Development Director provides leadership and mentoring for the CTS staff of 50+ professional coaches, and designs and implements systems for coaching education, professional development, team building, and performance evaluation.
Following a successful career in international operations, Chantelle left the corporate world and earned her M.S. in High Altitude Exercise Physiology. She dedicated herself to endurance coaching and became a CTS coach in 2018. To her new role, Chantelle brings more than 20 of experience working internationally in roles ranging from project management and professional development to education and training.
She commented, “I am very excited to move into this new role to combine my talents in support of our growing coaching team. Through education, mentoring, and professional development we can continue to provide the best coaching possible for our athletes.”

Calla Balliett – Sales and Marketing Coordinator
In response to growing demand for endurance coaching, CTS is welcoming Calla Balliett to the staff to expand its sales and marketing resources. In the Sales and Marketing Coordinator role, she will be instrumental in telling athlete stories, managing campaigns, and producing content.
She commented, “With my love for endurance athletics I’m so excited to be a part of the CTS team! I truly believe in athletes. We are so capable of so much more than we think, I can’t wait to see everyone reach their goals!”
Carmichael added, “Calla is an enthusiastic leader in the local endurance sports community and her passion for the helping athletes achieve their goals will be a great asset in the Sales and Marketing role.”
