DAY 1
CHECK-IN DAY - 3/2/2026
Check In Time: 3:00-5:30pm
Where: CTS Field Office (1522 Copenhagen Court)
Arrival Description: Check in day! We’ll build bikes, you can meet the staff and other athletes and join us for an interactive team dinner.
Dinner and Introductions: 6:00-8:00pm at CTS Field Office
DAY 2
CTS FIELD TEST - 3/3/2026
Mileage: 40-50miles
Elevation Gain: 2000-3500 FT
Time Range: 3 -3.5 Hours
Brief Ride Description: The Canyons! Ride some of the most legendary roads in the Valley tied into one epic ride! We’ll explore Foxen Canyon, Drum Canyon and the quaint towns of Los Alamos and Los Olivos.

Ride: 9am
Lunch: Post ride at CTS Field Office

DAY 3
MANNY’S RIDE (JALAMA BEACH) - 3/3/2026
Mileage: 42-84
Elevation Gain: 3000-6000 FT
Time Range: 3.5 - 5.5 Hours
Brief Ride Description: Manny's Ride is a long endurance-paced journey that takes us to breathtaking Jalama Beach. This ride promises a scenic adventure, guiding us along quiet country roads that highlight the serene beauty of the area. Don't be fooled by the tranquil surroundings, as the route includes a surprising amount of climbing. The challenge is complemented by technical descents, offering thrilling moments and opportunities to hone your descending skills. As we reach Jalama Beach, the stunning coastal views will make every pedal stroke worthwhile.

DAY 4
FIGUEROA MOUNTAIN - 3/4/2026
Mileage: 42-60
Elevation Gain: 5000-6000 FT
Time Range: 4-5 Hours
Brief Ride Description: The Fig Loop, a route renowned for its formidable challenge and breathtaking beauty. This iconic ride features a relentless mountain ascent that stretches nearly 10 miles, climbing an impressive 3,500 feet. The journey up is demanding, testing your endurance and determination, but the spectacular scenery along the way makes every effort worthwhile. As you ascend, you'll be rewarded with stunning vistas that capture the essence of the region's natural splendor. The descent that follows is equally captivating, offering a mix of beautiful views and technical challenges that keep you engaged and exhilarated. The Fig Loop is never easy, but it's a ride that embodies the spirit of adventure and accomplishment, making it a highlight of the camp.

DAY 5
SANTA YNEZ VALLEY ENDURANCE MILES - 3/6/2026
Mileage: 15-35
Elevation Gain: 750-1500 FT
Time Range: 1.5 - 2 Hours
Brief Ride Description: Designed to balance preparation and recovery as we gear up for Saturday’s Solvang Century this ride is set at a comfortable pace, allowing you to enjoy the scenic beauty of the valley while giving your legs a chance to rest and recover. It's an excellent opportunity to conserve energy and focus on smooth, steady riding setting you up for success as you head into the camp's challenging conclusion.

DAY 6
SOLVANG SUPER RIDE - 3/7/2026
Mileage: 70-104 Miles
Elevation Gain: 3500-5600 FT
Time Range: 3-7 Hours
Brief Ride Description: For more than three decades, the Solvang Century has been one of California’s premier recreational cycling events. Whether you choose to ride the 70-mile Solvang Metric or the full 104-mile Century route, you’ll have a leg up on your fellow riders from getting a camp preview of the Santa Ynez Valley. Now limited to just 1,000 riders, the Solvang Century features rolling hills on country roads through the lush green central coast. The climbs are short and the descents mellow, so while it might not be a stinger of a ride like Figeuro Mountain, the storied event is a great way to cap off a huge training week.
