Awesome Coach

Andy is the perfect coach for the event that I am training for. His experience working with older Athletes
like myself and understanding our limits has brought me along at a pace that keeps me motivated and excited
about the progress I have made. his coaching has taught me to be more disciplined in my training which is something
i have always been weak at. I look forward to working with him for the next few months and completing the Arrowhead
135 winter ultra marathon at the end of January.
