USA Field Hockey works with Carmichael Training Systems on hydration, heat acclimatization, and altitude training. The team was in Colorado Springs as they prepare for the 2011 Pan Am Games, and visited our training facility for a tour and some data analysis with CTS Coach Renee Eastman.
