Based in Gainesville, Florida's ideal winter training climate, you'll accumulate serious miles across five days of structured rides while learning from world-class CTS Coaches and aging-performance experts. This isn't just about riding, it's about understanding how your body responds to training as you age, optimizing recovery strategies, maintaining muscle density, and protecting bone and joint health for decades of cycling ahead.
Daily training presentations cover the science of aging athletics, while personalized power file analysis and on-bike coaching help you maximize your current fitness. With professional mechanical support, premium nutrition products, and expert guidance, you'll leave equipped with both the fitness gains and knowledge needed to train smarter, recover better, and perform at your best well into your golden years.

DAY 1
CHECK-IN DAY - 1/19/2026
Check In Time: 3:00-5:30pm
Arrival Description: Check in is from 3-5pm at the host hotel. Bring your bike with you to hand off to our mechanic, receive your camp schedule, SAG bag for the week, as well as a complimentary CTS jersey. At 6:00pm we will convene for dinner and start athlete and staff introductions.
