CTS Premier Level Coach – Specializes In Triathlon Coaching
“I believe looking at an athlete’s entire life – work, family, other hobbies – is key to developing a training program that will be most successful for an athlete.”
Coach Bio:
I was a full-time coach for 13 years, coming to CTS after finishing my Exercise Physiology master’s degree coursework at Iowa State University in 2004. I have a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from ISU as well. In addition to coaching, I’m a father of two boys, a full-time firefighter, an avid bowler with one perfect game under my belt so far and I enjoy all types of building and construction projects, large or small. Athletically, I grew up a competitive swimmer and runner, and transitioned to triathlons for nearly 10 years throughout college and graduate school.
