What's a CTS Audio Workout?
We've taken a CTS Workout, the kind featured in our best-selling collection of Train Right DVDs and used in our popular Power Training classes, and converted them into audio files which you can download to your iPod or digital music player. Best of all, once you bu the workout, it's yours to keep and use forever.

What's a CTS Video Workout?
Essentially, it's like a training DVD that you download as a video file (.mp4) and then load into one of several players that work with .mp4 files, including iTunes. Then set up your bike on an indoor trainer, hit play, and let Carmichael or a CTS coach take you step-by-step through a variety of workouts such as SteadyState or PowerIntervals.
