Molly is a GREAT coach!!
Prior to starting my work with Molly, I had run 8 ultras. I had always built my own training plans. I found myself struggling through most long runs; the goal on many of them became “just get through this run!”
The biggest change I’ve noticed since I began working with Molly is that I have learned how deliberately execute each workout. I am no longer “just getting through” my long runs; in fact, I am running faster and longer, executing deliberate RPE on each run.
This has given me newfound confidence. Working with Molly has undoubtedly helped me achieve new goals & has taken my running to the next level!
