Kevin Todd
CTS Premier Coach
“I believe looking at an athlete’s entire life – work, family, other hobbies – is key to developing a training program that will be most successful for an athlete. From a coaching standpoint, I have always enjoyed analyzing the stresses an athlete is enduring and then coming up with a plan to help them perform at their best. Whether that’s an athlete fine-tuning things for a Grand Tour, an athlete looking for “marginal” gains while driving 180+ mph in a race car, or an athlete who wants to find ways to get faster while balancing family, work, training. ”
Coach Bio:
I graduated from Colorado State University with B.S. in Health and Exercises Science, Sports Medicine. I first started working with athletes while attending CSU where I was a student wellness coordinator in charge of training and managing the personal training staff. I was also a student athletic trainer for the men’s lacrosse team and aided in the strength and conditioning of the players. I have been coaching with CTS since 2001.
I love coaching because I love helping others succeed. I love being a part of helping athletes achieve their dreams and then going beyond their dreams. Since 2001 I have been blessed with the opportunity of working with some truly amazing athletes. I have helped athletes go from a sedentary lifestyle on the couch to their first century. From a hospital bed to an Ironman. From aspiring U23 road cyclist to multiple stage winner at the Amgen Tour of California, GC winner at the Tour de Beauce, a ProTour career, and an Olympian.
