Ivana Bisaro
CTS Pro Coach
“I consider each athlete’s unique physiology, psychology, and life situation when designing an effective plan to achieve their athletic goals. Athlete’s training needs to be flexible to accommodate life and every athlete can improve, “beyond their expectations” if they approach their training with commitment, consistency and regular communication with their coach!”
Coach Bio:
I have been coaching with CTS since 2002 and worked with all levels of athletes from beginners to Olympic level. Growing up on Vancouver Island home to all things outdoors, my love of endurance sports began with running and quickly blossomed into mountain biking and road racing. I have a Masters in Exercise Science with a thesis in overtraining from Midwestern State University in Texas where I trained and raced three disciplines: road, mountain bike, and track. I worked for several years in the Exercise Physiology Lab at UBC assessing professional teams and completed a competitive internship at the Olympic Training Center in California. I live in Comox BC with my husband and 3 children.
