“I believe that coaching is about helping athletes find balance. Incorporating their training to become part of their lifestyle rather than just a hobby. I coach each athlete very individually, focusing on their specific needs. For some that is someone to cheer them on, for others it is someone to analyze their data. I am there for the athlete in whatever capacity they need me.”

Coach Bio:

I have been an athlete my whole life, enjoying many different sports. Even as a young athlete, I always strived to understand the why behind training. I am fascinated by physiology and human performance, always wanting to learn how to make us humans most efficient. This led me towards a Master’s degree in Sports Science and a Bachelors in Nutrition. My favorite thing to do is trail run in the mountains with my dog. I also enjoy long bike rides, gravel riding, and a good swim workout. I currently reside in Newberry, South Carolina where I coach an NCAA Women’s Triathlon team.
