“I strive to deliver athletes more than just a training plan, no matter what their abilities or goals. I pride myself on helping plan out an athlete’s season to meet their goal events. There is science in training but also an art in creating a balance for athletes to help them stay on target.”

Coach Bio:

Since in High School I have always been attracted to endurance sports and the outdoors. It all started with mountain bike racing as a kid and then developing into much more as an adult. After teaching for 10 years between all levels, Elementary to High school I shifted to coaching with CTS in 2014. Since, I have worked with a lot of racers as well as many age group athletes. I have managed teams and supported development with elite riders. Had the opportunity to travel extensively with athletes racing throughout the United States and Europe in national and world level competitions. I am a professional coach with a passion for the outdoors and two wheeled adventures.
