“My coaching style is easy going and fun to work with while still making sure the job at hand gets done. I like to ensure that having fun and enjoying the training process is happening because I feel it keeps motivation high and gets the best end results. When I am not coaching, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids who are all very active and enjoy the outdoors as much as I do.”
I have been a full-time professional coach with CTS since 2005. I have been training and competing in a wide variety of disciplines in MTB, road, triathlon, cyclocross, 24 hour, and multi day stages races. I still actively train and compete in endurance events and I really feel that I have found my calling and am lucky enough to have what I feel is my dream job. I also volunteer my time to coach High School and Middle School kids racing in the NICA league and enjoy helping to get more kids on bikes.
