“My focus as a coach is to elevate the performance of my athletes. I believe there should always a distinguishable and measurable performance marker in what we are trying to achieve in sport and I work with my athletes to develop a realistic, progressive strategy to get there. Through it all, we uncover “the why” we are trying to elevate performance and bring grounding to our goals.” 

Helping athletes develop their full potential is what I do. I have been a professional, full-time coach with CTS since 2006 and have a BS degree in Exercise Physiology with a minor in both Chemistry and Coaching. I’ve been a team director for professional MTB & road racing teams, as well as a guest director for junior development teams. Coaching is not only my career, it’s my passion. I work with professional athletes, amateur athletes, and junior riders. Additionally, I am the podcast host for the Time-Crunched Cyclist, producing short, actionable episodes for endurance athletes weekly on all podcast platforms.
