Noah Niwinski

CTS Senior Coach

“My approach to coaching is that it is another relationship in an athlete’s life that involves clear communication and consistency to foster success. That consistency, with however minuscule amount of time, is a fundamental cornerstone that once laid, immensely opens up an athlete’s potential for success, from simply getting into shape and feeling confident to riding across the country.”

Coach Bio:

My endurance career began as a high school cross country runner, where I went on to run Division 1 cross country in college at Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. Running naturally led me into cycling and after finishing my master’s degree I hit the road, racing on two wheels for several years. Racing and traveling transitioned into guiding cycling training camps in the mountains of Western North Carolina and more recently in Western Europe. Working with so many ambitious and interesting personalities in a sport that I love led me into coaching where I have the privilege of building relationships and nurturing the foundations of my athlete’s successes.
