  • Location: Brevard, North Carolina

Become a More Confident Cyclist and Expand Your Bike Skills, Nutrition, and Training Knowledge in a Fun-Filled Weekend

Cycling can be an intimidating sport with unwritten rules and skills that nobody ever teaches you. You're often left on your own to figure things out through trial and error - including receiving discouraging comments from other riders who aren't keen to help you out. The local group ride likely isn't stopping to teach you how to descend, corner, and ride more comfortably in a group.

That's why we've partnered with CTS Athlete Ayesha McGowan and her Thee Abundance Project in designing this camp to teach you all the essential cycling skills you need to know in a supportive environment.

This camp is open to road cyclists of all levels. Non-competitive cyclists are strongly encouraged to come learn with us.

We will spend time understanding the athlete’s body and how proper fueling and hydration can affect your performance. We will also work on the key bike handling skills you need to master to feel more confident on the bike and in groups. Finally, we will spend time sightseeing on our bikes, learning how to ride them safely, and learning how to get faster together!
