NEW! Mexico City, Mexico
The newest CTS Training Center is open in Mexico City, Mexico! One of the biggest features of this center is the comprehensive schedule of indoor training classes. Although the weather is warm, congestion in the city makes it difficult for endurance athletes to train outdoors consistently. This new center has its own Spanish-language website: http://santafe.trainright.com.

Santa Ynez, CA
Santa Ynez, California is one of the premier US destinations for endurance athletes. Located just 45 minutes away from Santa Barbara and in the heart of wine country, this beautiful area features quiet valley roads and challenging climbs. It’s a perfect setting for a cycling or triathlon camp, and there are also great mountain bike trails to explore! Chris Carmichael first explored the Santa Ynez Valley in the 1980s during training camps with the 7-Eleven Cycling Team. Over the past 30 years, the valley has been the go-to location for spring training camps for pro teams, and CTS has been conducting camps in the valley since 2000. Come visit us and take advantage of our facility and physiology labs as well.
