Spring Training and Assault on the Carolinas Cycling Camp

Enjoy a week of great riding in the Appalachian Mountains and on the Blue Ridge Parkway, and then wrap it up with the Assault on the Carolinas! During the week you'll learn how to train with power, how to pace yourself and ride in a paceline, and you'll learn workouts and techniques you can use when you go home.

L’Etape California Endurance Camp – Santa Ynez

Update: As a bonus, Jens Voigt will be at this year's camp and all CTS camp sign-ups will have a chance to ride alongside and meet Jens the day before L'Etape.
The queen stage of this year's Amgen Tour of California travels the challenging and scenic route from Thousand Oaks, CA to the top of the Gibraltar Road climb outside Santa Barbara. L'Etape California is your chance to ride the queen stage, and our L'Etape California Endurance Camp combines two days of riding with CTS coaches in Santa Ynez with an official entry and CTS support at this year's L'Etape California.

Join CTS Premier Coach Jason Koop in Colorado Springs, CO for a high mileage, big vertical trail running camp that you will not forget. Colorado Springs makes an ideal location for high altitude running in the early season due to its terrain, weather and location. This camp is a great opportunity for any trail runner to get the season started on the right foot. The last day of the camp will be a challenging 50k run though the beautiful trails in the shadows of the Pikes Peak.

Hors Categorie Cycling Camp

Hors Categorie is French for 'beyond category' and is reserved for the toughest climbs in cycling. This camp is your opportunity to tackle some of the most iconic routes and summits in the Colorado's Rocky Mountains.

In our 2016 camp we will tackle some of the most challenging and beautiful rides on the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains, and you will have the chance to test yourself on the two-highest paved roads in the country. Both Pikes Peak and Mount Evans top out over 14,000 feet of lung searing elevation. We’ll also cover classic rides through Foxton Canyon, Deckers and the historic Gold Belt Byway. Each day will include 4-6 hours of riding with 7,000-10,000 ft vertical gain.

Hincapie Gran Fondo Recon Camp – Brevard

The 2016 CTS Brevard Hincapie Fondo Recon Camp is designed to allow riders to preview the entire 80 Miles of the Gran Fondo. We will break the event into 2 days of riding to allow for riders to see the route at a pace that will not over tax them for the event on Saturday completely. Additionally, for stronger riders we will offer extra miles after the initial recon is completed for the day if desired.
