Izzy Forrest
CTS Expert Coach
“I believe joy should come first in running and life. I want to help athletes prioritize their well-being and happiness. As a coach, I am your biggest cheerleader and advocate. I am using a science-based approach so that you can reach your full potential and minimize the risk of injury. I believe that communication is important so that I can create a training plan that works best for you. Overall, I am just as excited as you are about your goals and adventures! I believe that everyone belongs in the outdoors and diversity and inclusion should be celebrated!”
Coach Bio:
I have been running on and off for most of my life. While going through a rough patch in my life, I found sanctuary on the trails near Denver and began taking running more seriously.
I graduated from Western Colorado University with a degree in Exercise Science and Biology. While at Western I was fortunate enough to be a part of the school’s collegiate trail running team, where I had the time of my life exploring new trails, running big mountains, and conquering my longest races. Besides trail running I also love hiking 14ers, eating vegan food, and taking my dog to the lake.
Some Of The Races/Events I’ve Participated In/Coached Athletes For:
