Nutritional Analysis

A comprehensive nutrition analysis from Carmichael Training Systems starts with quality data direct from you and provides professional guidance that’s individualized to your lifestyle, fitness and performance goals. CTS will provide you with detailed instructions and special intake forms so you can accurately and easily record all the foods and beverages you consume over two weekdays and one weekend day. The Nutrition Analysis is available as an add-on service for all members (and non-members) and is included in the Premium, Ultimate, and Platinum Coaching Packages. Based on the 3-day dietary record that you’ll provide, one of CTS staff sports nutritionists or registered dietitians will compile a comprehensive analysis that relays the following information:

  • Comparison of the three days analyzed versus a recommended optimal nutrition program based on your activity level, weight management or fitness/competition goals
  • Macronutrient (protein, carbohydrates, and fat)
  • Micronutrient (vitamins and minerals)
  • Recommended macro and micro nutrient sources
  • Recommended foods and supplements to correct performance deficiencies
  • Estimation of caloric intake and expenditure and an explanation of how this affects weight management and athletic performance
  • Sample two-day meal plan
Since information is only useful when it’s applied to your unique situation, CTS Nutrition Analyses also include a 45-minute review/consultation provided by a member of the CTS nutrition team. If you’re already working one-on-one with a CTS coach, your coach may conduct this consultation.

How To Purchase the CTS Nutrition Analysis

Carmichael Training Systems has several ways you can access this valuable Nutrition Analysis. With our Platinum and Ultimate Coaching Packages, this service is included in your membership fee. For members in all other coaching packages, it is an add-on service and you’re eligible for a member-only discount. Customers who are not participating in a CTS coaching package can purchase the Nutrition Analysis at full price. Pricing and details are listed below:

Platinum Package – At this service level, you receive two (2) full analyses per 12-month membership period. Since you have very frequent contact with your coach, your nutrition program is highly integrated into your coaching program.

Premium and Ultimate Packages – Members at the Premium and Ultimate service levels receive one full analysis per 6-month membership period. Following the nutrition report and consultation, ongoing nutrition guidance can be provided by your coach as needed.

Select Package – Nutrition Analysis is an add-on feature for members at the Select service level. Members are encouraged to purchase the analysis at a reduced rate ($200 for CTS coaching members versus $250 for non-members). In addition to the comprehensive written report, a CTS Sports Nutritionist or Registered Dietician will discuss your analysis with you. Your coach will also receive a copy of the report in order to provide ongoing guidance, as his or her expertise allows. If you require nutrition guidance more frequently, we recommend either upgrading to Premium, Ultimate or Platinum service levels.

Non-Members – Carmichael Training Systems Nutrition Analyses are available for everyone, and are very beneficial even if you’re not yet participating in one of our coaching packages. For just $250 you receive the dietary record forms, complete analysis, sample meal plan, and a 45-minute consultation with one of our staff sports nutritionists or registered dieticians.

Our CTS Sports Nutritionists and Registered Dietitians are also available for
personal consultations, either as an addition to the CTS Nutrition Analysis or as
a stand-alone service. They are provided at an hourly rate and can be billed in
15 minute increments.
