We designed The Train Right Guide to Indoor Training to help athletes everywhere maximize their time on an indoor trainer. For years athletes have asked CTS Coaches how to integrate Train Right DVDs into their training programs, so we adapted one of our proven Time-Crunched Cyclist Training Programs and paired each workout with a selection of recommended DVD substitutions.

If you have a copy of The Train Right Guide to Indoor Training, you'll notice that the workouts feature a lot of abbreviations and specific intervals. The workouts in the program are the same as those used in several of Chris Carmichael's books, including "The Time-Crunched Cyclist" and "The Time-Crunched Triathlete". We have also created a downloadable .pdf containing all the information you'll need to work through the program.
