Local Information

Santa Ynez, California is one of the leading destinations for endurance athletes, and for good reason.  Situated on California’s Central Coast and within riding distance of the Pacific Ocean, this region is home to world-class wineries, quiet country roads, challenging climbs, and tremendous weather. That’s why professional cycling teams have used this area as their preferred location for early-season training camps, and it’s why CTS has been holding training camps here for more than a decade. And with a wide variety of restaurants, fine hotels, and cultural and natural sights and events through out the year, Santa Ynez is a great place to come for a weekend, a week, or the rest of your life.
