CTS PERFORMANCE TESTING PACKAGE
Includes Lactate Threshold Test, VO2 max Test, 3D Dynamic Bike Fit

CTS NUTRITION ESSENTIALS PACKAGE
Includes Nutrition Analysis, Body Composition, Resting Metabolic Rate
Nutrition is the key to unlocking athletic potential, and this combination of tests gives you real data to guide your nutrition and hydration decisions. We’ve replaced guesswork and estimates with accurate measurements of your resting metabolic rate, your body composition, and your current eating habits. Our sports nutritionists our work with athletes every day, including vegetarians, diabetics, and athletes with food allergies. Whether you’re seeking to lose weight, improve performance, or both, this is the best place to start.
 
TESTING MINI-CAMPS:
Half-, One-, and Two-Day Options Available
The more time we can spend with you, the more you’ll learn while you’re here. These mini-camps are the same as the options we put together for NASCAR drivers, World Champion triathletes, and one particularly well-known Tour de France Champion. All options include a battery of performance and nutritional testing, as well as plenty of time for in-depth consultations and actual training sessions so you really understand what your test results mean for your training and nutritional goals.

Half-Day (Cycling/Triathlon Focus):
The most productive 5 hours you’ll ever spend on your athletic goals. In half a day we’ll tackle the essential parts of the Performance Testing and Nutrition Essentials packages, including Resting Metabolic Rate, Body Composition, Lactate Threshold and VO2 max testing. Plus, we’ll analyze your performance tests with you, determine your optimal training intensities, and provide an in-depth Nutritional Analysis and Consultation with a Sports Nutritionist. We’ll even take you to breakfast.

One-Day (Cycling/Triathlon Focus): You’ll be amazed at what you can learn in one day, and though you’ll be busy, we won’t rush you through a single step. There’s plenty of time to do everything listed in the Half-Day option, plus a 3D Dynamic Bike Fit, a ride with a CTS Coach(es), and we’ll pick up the tab for breakfast and lunch, too.

Two-Day (Cycling/Triathlon Focus): This is how the pros do it. They come in and do Resting Metabolic Rate, Body Composition, Lactate Threshold and VO2 max testing, a 3D Dynamic Bike Fit, and an easy ride on the first day. Then they come back the second day for an intense training session the following morning, followed by a Nutritional Analysis and Consultation with a Sports Nutritionist and an easy recovery ride in the afternoon. Along the way, there’s plenty of time for detailed discussions about the data collected, training intensities, and more. We’ll take care of breakfast and lunch on both days, leaving it to you to select the dinner and hotel of your choice.
