The CTS Coaching College is an education and certification process designed by Chris Carmichael and our Premier Coaches to ensure that our coaches have the knowledge and skills to provide world-class service to CTS members. |

| During this intensive education process, prospective CTS coaches receive approximately 60 hours of instruction from our Premier and Senior coaches. At the end of the Coaching College, coaches are tested on all the material covered in the College to ensure that they meet the CTS's knowledge requirements.
The CTS Coaching College is typically completed as part of the CTS Internship Program, a one-month education program that incorporates classroom work with hands-on coaching and mentoring. Once interns begin working with CTS athletes, they are mentored and supervised continuously and receive feedback with respect to their strengths and weaknesses. At the end of each term, outstanding coaches may be offered either full-time or part-time coaching positions within the company. If interested, please review the prerequisites for admission. |
