CTS Education Requirements
CTS has adopted strict standards that each and every coach must meet in order to be considered for a coaching position with Carmichael Training Systems. The prerequisites require that candidates possess credentials that go beyond the requirements of National Governing Body coaching programs.

The CTS Coaching College is an education and certification process designed by Chris Carmichael and the our Premier coaches to ensure that our coaches have the knowledge and skills to provide world-class service to CTS members.

Coaching Levels
There are 5 levels of designation within the CTS Coaching Staff. The distinction is based on experience, expertise, accomplishments, and education. There are minimum certification/education standards that every CTS coach must possess. The program you select determines the level of coach that you will receive.
