How does the program work?
Your coach builds your training program from scratch each month, using information from your Questionnaire, CTS Field Test, and ongoing personal interaction. On a weekly basis, your coach reviews your program, and any power or heart rate files you provide, and adjusts your program accordingly. Frequent communication is encouraged, so your coach can better monitor your progress and provide guidance for optimal performance.
Coaching Interaction
To ensure your coach has the necessary time to provide exemplary service, we maintain a low coach-athlete ratio to give your coach up to four hours each month to work on your schedule and answer your frequent phone calls and emails. This time includes a balance of schedule review and modification, and member-initiated phone conversations and email correspondence. Typically, Select members call their coach once a week and communicate via email twice each week.
