	Best Athletic Experience nvitation to try out for the Baltimore Orioles and Kansas City Royals in the summer before my senior year in High School. Managing the Volvo Cannondale MTB Team (7 Years) and Starting the BMC Pro Cycling Team with Gavin Chilcott in 2006.
	What is your worst athletic experience and what did you learn from it? First ride attempt after cancer treatment. You can come back from ground zero even when it seems impossible at the time.
	How do you motivate yourself prior to competition? A well executed warm-up routine and a great playlist.
	What do you like to do when not training or coaching? Eat, ski, read, sleep and hanging out with my wife and two dogs.
	What is your favorite book? Recent favorite – “The Tender Bar” by J.R. Moehringer
	What is your favorite food? Suckling Pig with a bottle of Pago de Carraovejas Reserva
	What is your go-to recovery meal? Bowl of pasta with glass of Barbaresco.
	If you could travel anywhere in the world where would you go? Heli skiing in Alaska for a month
