It was probably that first time I rode a bike. I just didn't know it yet. I have always loved the freedom it gives you to explore and have adventure. |

My style as a coach is that of a teacher. I like to teach my athletes how to improve. I believe if you understand the basic principles behind the work you are doing, you are more likely to follow through with the work. |
