	What is your worst athletic experience and what did you learn from it? My first 70.3 “Spirit of Racine”, which was my first triathlon…. Learn to ride a triathlon bike, how to clip in and how to shift, before race day. :)
	How do you motivate yourself prior to competition? I am usually pretty motivated at the start of a competition, its more about calming myself down so I can just compete without over thinking.
	What do you like to do when not training or coaching? ? I like to travel, visit family, downhill ski, cross country ski, water ski, swim, boat… get in some of the old sports/rec from Wisconsin days. I like to travel, race, hike and garden here in California.
	What is your favorite book? Once a Runner by John L Parker Jr
	What is your favorite food? Avocado anything and I love Kombucha with Chia seeds
	What is your go-to recovery meal? I always like a good Mexican dish
	If you could travel anywhere in the world where would you go? Croatia has my interest currently
	Something about you people would not guess: I like working on boats. Seeing a nice boat turns my head. I know how to take spark plugs out, check them, service them and replace them in 4 stroke boat motor.
	Can you ride a mean wheelie? Nope, but wheelie’s don’t equal race wins ! :)
