	Experience that cemented your passion for Endurance Sports: I have many that are equal, from the first national championship to an Olympic medal. The most rewarding experiences generally occur in situations that most people don’t see or know about, like when I am with an athlete and they have a breakthrough out on road in training. It doesn’t usually happen in a race. Also coaching a successful athlete from the beginning of their career to their retirement is very rewarding.
