	How would you describe your personality or style as a coach? I provide a program that fits well into an athlete's life and provides balance and enjoyment. We work to meet their potential through commitment and hard work, but not without some fun along the way.
	What can an athlete expect from you as their coach? An attentive, knowledgeable, and caring coach. Anything you want to put into the program I will give back.

	What do you like most about competing? It is FUN! I hate putting much pressure on myself for a certain time or place, and I perform much better when I simply am concerned about enjoying the race. After all, I get to do this. Many others aren't so lucky.
	Sport you would like to get involved with in the future: Competitive eating.
	What is your favorite competition you have ever done? Triple T Ohio. Regardless of how I do, it's always a blast.
	Best Athletic Experience I will say the one I'm most proud of is my finish at Ironman Canada in 2010. I had barely trained for this race (not recommended) and just forged through. I finished within 2 minutes of my first IM time (Canada was my second). It hurt more than any other race I've ever done, but I was very satisfied with my finish.
	What is your worst athletic experience and what did you learn from it? Sprinting the swim in my first-ever triathlon, coming out of the water in first, only to get passed by the rest of the field on the bike and run.
	How do you motivate yourself prior to competition? #tigerblood
	What do you like to do when not training or coaching? Cooking, reading, hiking, hanging out with my better half.
	What is your favorite book? Whatever book I'm currently reading (most of the time).
	What is your favorite food? Sushi
	What is your go-to recovery meal? Pizza.
	If you could travel anywhere in the world where would you go? I would hands down, no questions asked, live almost anywhere in Germany or France.

	Can you ride a mean wheelie? I've tried and failed. That one hurt.
