| Andy brings a level of expertise and professionalism that few coach's in the world posses. The depth of knowledge, and wealth of "in the trenches" experience, not only benefits the athletes he works with but raises the bar at CTS in general. Seeing Andy and Cara, his wife, win National Championships and set Leadville 100 records on their tandem has been an inspiration and a great source of pride for us all here at Carmichael Training Systems. We are excited about his current work with the Hincapie/BMC Team and look forward to watching the results roll in. | ||
