Fiona has over 10 years of experience working as a coach, personal fitness trainer, sports conditioning expert, and yoga instructor. She has been an expert-level mountain bike racer for 7 years, with a focus on long distance mountain bike events. She has numerous top 10 finishes, including races at the Leadville Trail 100, the Cascade Cream Puff 100, and the 24 Hours of Afton. In addition to cycling, she also enjoys cross-country skiing, trail running, and snowboarding. Her training philosophy is "Make it challenging, but make it fun".
