Hard to say, between 13/14 years of swimming and 20 some years of cycling it's all been a great trip. Each experience had good and bad but they all made me love endurance sports more. |
Cycling and swimming. I really enjoy working with mountain-bike racers though. |
Pretty laid back, certainly not Bobby Knight. |
Expertise, professionalism, dedication, loyalty. |

National Qualifier in the pool NORBA National Podiums at the Semi-Pro level |
Pretty retired from full on racing but when I do get time to toe the line I still love that rush of adrenalin right before the start. I also love that moment when you think you are spent and you dig just a bit deeper than you thought you could. Love it! |
Off Road Motorcycle racing. I do some work here but I really love it... Like to do more! |
Any race held at Holiday Valley in Ellicotville NY… Just a great trail system, great promoters, and a great coffee shop and brewery in town! |
Road trip in 2005 to NORBA nationals in West Virgina and Vermont with the Trek/VW crew. Lots of good racing and fun. |
Too many to recount… Ahh, the dreaded bonk! |
Relaxing and thinking about a nice burrito afterwards. |
Fishing, when I can find the time. Ride all types of bikes, hike with my wife and daughter. |
Long Way Around, Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman |
Toss up: carrot cake, burritos, huevos rancheros |
Burritos |
All the way around it, on a motorcycle. |
I have a veg patch that is my quite time project. |
I can ride one, don't know if it would be called mean though |
