Three ways to work with CTS as you prepare for the 2012 Leadville 100:
1. CTS Leadville Coaching/Camp Lottery. Includes 2012 race entry. Scroll down for information and registration.
2. CTS Leadville Coaching or Camp Packages, WITHOUT 2012 race entry. Call 866-355-0645 to sign up.
We will be hosting 3 Leadville Training Camps and/or providing Ultimate-level coaching packages for athletes preparing for the 2012 LT100 Mtn Bike Race. These camps and coaching packages are open to all athletes, and a guaranteed entry into the 2012 LT100 Mtn Bike Race will be provided to athletes who attend one of these camps or who participate in an LT100 coaching package. Full race-day support is included for all camp and coaching athletes.
Athlete WHO RECEIVE LT100 Entries from the Leadville Lottery should not enter the CTS lottery! You can call 866-355-0645 to register for a limited number of LT100 Camp and/or Coaching spots we are reserving for athletes who already have LT100 entries. These spots will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.
The CTS Lottery will be open through February 29, 2012. CTS will notify all CTS Lottery applicants on March 1, 2012.

| HOW THE CTS LOTTERY WILL WORK |

1. Athletes who do not already have an LT100 entry should go to the CTS Online Store and click on the Leadville tab, or click the button below. You will see each of the 3 CTS LT100 Camps listed as a separate item that can be added to your shopping cart. The LT100 Ultimate-level Coaching Package will also be listed as an item.
2. Add to your shopping cart any camp or coaching options you would be willing and able to participate in. That means: If you can attend any of the three camps, you can put all three into your cart; if your schedule will only allow you to attend the first or third camp, only put those two into your cart.
3. Click the Checkout button, enter your contact and billing information, and check out. Your credit card will be authorized to make sure it’s a valid card, but you will not be charged any money at all for registering for the CTS Lottery. Registrations without valid credit card information will be discarded.
4. On March 1 we will draw names and fill our camps and coaching slots. If you are selected for a camp, your credit card will be immediately charged the full price of your camp ($1500 with race entry). If you are selected for an Ultimate Coaching Package, your credit card will immediately be charged $987 (first month coaching, coaching registration fee, LT100 entry fee). See FAQ below for details of coaching package pricing.
5. CTS will notify all athletes who registered for the CTS Lottery of their status on March 1, 2012.

| CTS LT100 Lottery Rules and Regulations |
|
The following policies have been put in place in order to uphold the agreements we have made with the Leadville Trail 100, and to present as level a playing field as possible for athletes who want to participate in these programs and gain entry into the 2012 LT100 Mountain Bike Race.
1. Attendance/Participation:
You must attend a CTS LT100 Training Camp in order to receive your race entry. You cannot send someone in your place. If you do not attend the camp, you will not receive your race entry. Similarly, if you are selected for an Ultimate-level coaching package that includes a race entry, you must be a CTS Athlete in good standing through July 31, 2012 to receive your race entry.
2. Transfers:
a. LT100 race entries are non-transferable. Race entries can only be used by the person who attends a CTS LT100 Camp or the person who participates in an Ultimate Coaching Package.
b. CTS LT100 Camp athletes can transfer from one camp to another, if there is space available, until June 1, 2012. After June 1, you will not be able to transfer from one camp to another.
3. Cancellations:
a. Camp Athletes: If you cancel your CTS LT100 Camp on or before June 1, 2012, you will receive a refund of 50% of the camp price. No refunds will be issued for athletes who cancel a CTS LT100 Camp registration after June 1, 2012. Athletes who cancel will automatically forfeit their race entries.
b. Coaching Athletes: Due to the unique nature of the LT100 Ultimate Coaching Package, the normal 30-day Money Back Guarantee will not apply to this coaching package. If you cancel your LT100 Ultimate Coaching Package at any time after your registration, you will be required to pay 75% of the remaining balance of your coaching agreement. If you cancel your coaching agreement before July 31, 2012 you will forfeit your race entry.
c. Race entry fees: Leadville Trail 100 race entry fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-deferable, per the rules and regulations from the Leadville Trail 100.

Is CTS Race Support available for CTS Camp and Coaching Athletes?
Absolutely. We have been supporting CTS Athletes at the Pipeline and Twin Lakes Aid Stations for the past six years, and in 2012 we would be proud to be your support crew. Any athlete who attends a CTS LT100 Camp or participates in the LT100 Ultimate Coaching Package is eligible to receive full race-day support from CTS. All CTS-coached athletes are also eligible for full race-day support.
Can I enter the CTS Lottery if I did not enter the LT100 lottery?
Yes. As part of our sponsorship agreement with the Leadville Trail 100, we are allowed to open our lottery process to all athletes. This means the camps and coaching lottery is open to:
i. Athletes who were denied entry through the LT100 Lottery.
iii. Athletes who did not enter the LT100 Lottery at all.
Can I come to a CTS LT100 Camp if I already have an entry into the 2012 LT100 Mtn Bike Race?
Yes. We firmly believe our camps will improve your race-day performance, whether you’re a first-timer or an LT100 veteran. As a result, we are reserving camp spaces for athletes who already have confirmed LT100 race entries. You do not need to enter the CTS Lottery to sign up for a 2012 CTS LT100 Camp or Coaching Package. You can call 866-355-0645 to register on a first-come-first-served basis.
What are the monthly coaching fees for the Ultimate Coaching Package?
If you are selected for an LT100 Ultimate Coaching Package, you will be immediately billed $987, which constitutes your first month (March) coaching fee of $623, your LT100 race entry fee of $275, and your coaching registration fee of $89. You will subsequently billed $623/month in April, May, June, July, and August. Your coaching agreement ends on August 31, 2012.
Can I bring my significant other/children to the CTS LT100 Camp?
Accommodations are not included with these camps, so you are welcome to make your own arrangements for lodging in or near Leadville, Colorado. Only athletes who are registered for the camp will be permitted to join the group for camp events.
Can my significant other/children help in the CTS Aid Stations?
We welcome the families of CTS-supported athletes to come to the CTS areas in the Pipeline and Twin Lakes Aid Stations to cheer on your athlete. Our primary objective is to supply racers with the food, fluids, clothing, and encouragement they need to compete at their best. We may have some extra to help family members, but please arrive with the food, fluids, and clothing you might need for a long day outdoors. Children are welcome, but keep in mind that for young kids it can be a long and boring day; bring something for them to do as well.
