About Bill Plock

I am a native Coloradoan, growing up in Golden and have had many opportunities to travel all over the world. I love the diversity of life and cherish competition. I joined Team Trainright in the Spring of 2011. Triathlons, especially with a wife who also competes, requires discipline and dedication and I enjoy the strategy of executing effective training plans and putting it all together at a race and letting it rip and giving it my best effort!
